Learn more about the US 25 Corridor Planning Study

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is performing a planning study for US 25 in partnership with Gresham Smith. The study area is located between mile point 13.5 near CVB Drive to mile point 16.7 near KY 490. The planning study will develop a comprehensive analysis of existing conditions, issues, and constraints along the corridor. Considerations of the US 25 planning study include, but are not limited to:

  • Crash history and safety
  • Intersection improvements
  • Access to businesses, residences, and the Park and Ride
  • Traffic capacity
  • Needs of bicyclists and pedestrians

From this analysis, the study team will develop recommendations and improvement concepts, from relatively quick-build, short-term solutions to long-term capital investments to improve safety for everyone traveling on the corridor. We need your help to accomplish this goal!

Please take the short survey to help the study team identify the needs along the corridor.
